CTET or UPTET?

This is the major question that comes to the mind of the candidates whether they should apply for CTET or UPTET. Which will be more beneficial in the end?

So, to answer these questions, both are for government-affiliated schools. CTET allows you to apply to any government school for a teaching job, whereas UPTET remains in Uttar Pradesh only. CTET is a national exam; hence there would be many applicants, and the competition with each candidate is neck to neck, whereas UPTET is a state-level exam; hence applicants get better chances to be selected compared to CTET to clear through.

Both exams hold equal importance, and both are beneficial in their own way as it can be termed because you will get comparatively less competition in UPTET, but it comes with a limitation that it will only be applicable in Uttar Pradesh. CTET allows you to apply to central school, but since it is a national exam, the stakes are really high due to competition.
