There are some nice slots, and a few card tables. The restaurant is good, the cafe is good. We will be closed from 2 AM – 8 AM each day to allow for deep cleaning. The business center will remain closed until further notice. Once sanitized, bell carts will be placed in a designated area for clean carts.
Now, the hotel and casino are entirely non-smoking and that is wonderful and we hope it stays that way! The restaurant food is average. This will affect your experiences in the restaurants, hotel, gaming floor, and retail venues. We continue to provide a clean and safe gaming experience with our extensive daily cleaning procedures.

Be aware smoking in the Casino, but no smoking in the restaurant.
I am born and raised in Napa ca . For me to look on line and see Twin pines with Napa Valleys name after it, I am ok with that. Because Napa valleys standard is High .
Your temperature will be taken before you enter with a non-touch infrared thermometer. All guests will need slide rails skateboard to enter through the Hotel porte-cochere. Physical distancing measures will be in effect property-wide.
My complaint is the restaurant does not offer a buffet…or even a prime rib night like most casinos do.. Hotel is clean and rooms are nice… My husband and I have been to this casino several times. This time we were given free play and room, which enticed us to come. This casino is small, which is a good thing, and I have won a couple of jackpots here.
