In this way, both Tsunade and Sakura use mitotic regeneration to make them almost invincible in battle. She does get incapacitated due to the pain invasion along with most of the rest of the village which is what leads to Danzo becoming the next hokage candidate. But she never dies and she also survives madara’s numerous susanoo attacks.
