“The city of Dothan hand-picked judge from Trussville did make a comment that I disrespected these two gentlemen by handcuffing them to the door,” Stokes stated. A Florida Highway Patrol report states that Stokes was arrested in Washington County on a misdemeanor driving under the influence charge on June 6. The suspect, Jamere Dowdy, 33, was arrested by Dothan Police.
